  3. I've just found your blog and I wish to thank you for your elaborate and very insightful reviews and analyses. I would like to ask your advice, I'm new to audio but wish to make an investment in high quality sound. Should it be In-ear, over-ear, on-ear? I'm interested in the AKG K3003 and I've also been looking at the Final Audio Design Piano Forte. Another independent brand is Aedle, have you tried the Aedle VK-1?

I mainly listen to classical, opera and jazz as well as Alan Lomax recordings of old folk and spirituals like Moving Star Hall Singers. I'm very drwn to cultural music like Japanese folk, Sami folk, African and Native american. I'm searching for a clean, precise and eloquent sound.

Thank you, I appreciate all advice you can give.
